For more than three decades, I’ve studied the psychology of human behaviour, including over twenty years as a psychotherapist, backed by extensive training in somatic psychotherapy, relationships, intimacy, inner-child work and eating psychology.
I’ve also been an entrepreneur since I was 18. I know what it means to build something from nothing, make money, take risks, reinvent and be the woman everyone expects to have the answer.
But my authority isn't built on qualifications alone.
