How's midlife treating you?
I'm guessing it's ok. I mean your smart, capable, dependable. You've got nothing really to complain about.
BUT, lately you've been feeling something's not right and it's starting to affect everything.

Midlife is a fucking minefield, full of out-dated how-to's on how you should be moving through this stage of your life. But I wanna let you in on something; you gotta stick two fingers up at all this bullshit!
- Fuck thinking you're too old.
- Fuck thinking you can't wear certain items of clothing.
- Fuck thinking this is your lot.
- Fuck thinking older women can't be sexy, powerful or whatever the hell they want to be!
As you move through midlife things will change; relationships, your body, the way you think, responsibilities. And it's so easy for you to become lost in all these changes and those pesky shoulds, coulds and would haves!
You gotta shake this shit off. Dust yourself down and get ready for the TIME OF YOUR LIFE.
Midlife is the time to put yourself first and ditch all that no longer serves you, so you can reclaim your power and reclaim you. No one is coming to save you, you gonna have to save yourself. And between you and I, the world WANTS you living and loving the absolute fuck out of your life!

I am a midlife woman who has taken life by the reins and is riding the fuck out of it. I've also got skills, a shit-ton of them. I've spent 30+ years teaching in the health and wellness arena. Ran six successful businesses (and a couple of unsuccessful ones!) I'm a British certified psychotherapist, eating psychology coach, relationship therapist, life coach, body psychotherapist and expert pilates, yoga teacher and a badass pole dancer (oh, and I'm also a retired showgirl!) I told ya, I've got skills!
I'm here to share my wisdom, realness and my fierce belief in YOU! And life is way fucking better when I'm walking by your side.
