Your brain is super wonderful and very useful, yet, it is only one-seventh of the wisdom that is available to you. 

My mission is to open the doors to the rest of your wisdom so that you can live a life in tune with your body's innate wisdom, cultivate a deep trust bond with yourself and create an inner safe harbour so you no longer have to run/numb as a way to deal with life's many up's and downs.
