Terms of Service for Star Monroe Limited and The High Standards Woman

Effective Date 1/1/2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, purchasing, or using any products, programs, or memberships from Star Monroe Ltd, you agree to these legally binding Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use or purchase any of our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

All Sales Are Final. No Refunds. No Transfers.

Once you purchase a product, program, or membership, there are no refunds or transfers, under any circumstances.

The High Standards Woman Society – Monthly Subscription

This is a recurring monthly subscription. By signing up, you agree to automatic monthly payments until you cancel.
Cancellations are your responsibility and must be done:
1. Manually inside the members’ area.
2. By emailing support@msstarmonroe.com.
No refunds will be issued if you forget to cancel or change your mind.
If you cancel, access remains until the end of your billing cycle, after which it will be revoked.

Split Payment Plans (For Courses & Programs)

If you choose a split payment plan, all scheduled payments must be made on time.
If a payment fails, you will receive a notification and have 24 hours to update your payment details.
If payment is not received within 24 hours, access will be revoked immediately. Repeated non-payment will result in a permanent purchasing ban.
If you miss multiple payments, you will be permanently blocked from all future purchases.

4. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content within The High Standards Woman Society, The High Standards Woman Finishing School, masterclasses, programs, and all other offerings is the exclusive property of Star Monroe Ltd and is protected under copyright law.

Usage Restrictions:

The High Standards Woman Society: Active members have full access to materials while their membership is active. However, materials cannot be downloaded, recorded, saved, or shared externally.
Courses & Programs: You have lifetime access but may not share, resell, or reproduce any materials.
Absolutely NO:
- Redistributing, copying, or reselling any content.
- Teaching any part of the content as your own.
- Uploading or using any of our content in AI tools, machine learning models, or similar technologies.

Trademarks

Any violation will result in immediate legal action.

5. Liability Disclaimer

By purchasing or participating in The High Standards Woman Society, The High Standards Woman Finishing School, coaching programs, courses, or masterclasses, you acknowledge that:

These offerings are for educational and coaching purposes only.
Results are not guaranteed. Your success depends on your own actions, effort, and application of the material.
Star Monroe Ltd is not responsible for your personal, emotional, financial, or business outcomes.
You take full responsibility for your choices and actions.

6. Community Guidelines (The High Standards Woman Society)

To maintain the integrity and exclusivity of The Society, all members must follow these rules:
✅ No harassment, bullying, hate speech, or disrespectful behavior.
✅ No selling, self-promotion, or business solicitation.
✅ No sharing or distributing private community discussions outside the group.
✅ No copying or plagiarizing insights, posts, or content shared by other members.

🚨 Violations = Immediate Removal + Permanent Ban.
If you break these rules, you will be removed without warning, and no refunds will be issued.

7. Legal Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by UK law.

Any disputes will be handled exclusively in UK courts.
All disputes will be addressed in accordance with UK law, and will be handled through legal channels if necessary, without arbitration or mediation.
We will pursue legal claims for any violations of these terms.
