I’ve become very skilled at evolving, not because I set out to be, but because life kept handing me the moments that demanded it. The path hasn’t always been easy, but it shaped me into the woman I am today. Let me tell you how I got here.
I grew up at war with myself, my body, my worth, and my place in the world. Self-loathing shaped me before anything else did. I learned early how to abandon myself, and it took me decades to become the woman I knew I could be.
In my 20s, I began dismantling our cultural obsession with controlling the female body. In my 30s, I broke free from a seven-year cocaine addiction. In my 40s, I walked away from toxic relationships with men, money and my own body.
In my 50s, I left the country I had always known and moved solo to Türkiye. I released the seductive comforts of drinking and dating, I unhooked myself from false gurus and claimed full agency. My life began to expand in ways it never had before because I became the woman who gets what she wants.
Over the decades, I’ve released almost everything at one point or another. Marriages, addictions, money, success, businesses, toxic relationships, even body sizes. I’ve stepped out of generational lineages that told me I had to be a certain way to be loved and accepted. I’ve walked away from countries, companies and entire versions of myself.
Each time, I chose myself over comfort. Each time, I shed what no longer matched the woman I was becoming. And with every identity I stepped into, my life reshaped itself to meet me. This is the work I’ve guided countless women through too.

And once I saw that, everything else fell into place.

For over three decades I’ve worked with women, including more than twenty of those years as a licensed psychotherapist, body psychotherapist, inner child therapist, relationship and intimacy coach, and eating psychology coach.
I’ve also carried other titles. International showgirl, trained Dominatrix, and Pilates tutor. Each one, whether dazzling, daring, or disciplined, taught me something essential about agency in the hands of a woman, desire, and the true art of being the most exceptional version of ourselves.
